About
I have always been fascinated by movies, and as a medium, it has come very far. While some people may look at it exclusively as entertainment, I tend to view it more with an open mind. Every movie is art, and there are different perspectives and different narrations that are always up to us viewers to understand. That’s why I decided to create this blog that aims to review movies and potentially go beyond than what most media outlets are doing. Of course, I’m not doing it solo, as I will also bring several authors that share the same passion and perspective as I do.
It is always important to keep a single voice when doing things like this. Although it’s a bit hard to execute since it’s not always that we share the same vision, this platform will be a long-term thing, so there will be so much room for improvement.
By that, I also want to ask for your cooperation. Feedback and suggestions will be greatly welcomed, and if you don’t want anything that we are expressing, feel free to contact us and tell us your thoughts. I believe that conversation among the audience is important, and it will be something that will help this blog’s lifetime to be prolonged as much as possible.
Expect us to review the newest movie releases, but it isn’t just limited to that scope. We want to heavily explore the medium and look for underrated and worthwhile ones that we can recommend to everyone, something that needs to be in the spotlight so that its message can survive.
Of course, I want to make it clear that everything that we will publish is all our opinions. Evaluating and reviewing movies is a tough job, but we think that being careful and observant makes it a lot easier. That said, don’t expect us to release a ton of content right off the bat; give us some time, and we’ll be sure to flood the blog with content that you’ll most likely enjoy.
Lastly, I want to talk about biases. When it comes to movies, music, games, and art, everyone has their own biases. Ours will most likely show after some time, so before you overreact with our takes and opinions, do understand that they might be some bias going on. We would try to keep biases minimal but do bear with us since it’s a personal thing, and you might even have some of your own, right?
Our movie reviews will stay true and will never stray away from our vision. We hope that you’ll stick with us until the end, dear reader.
